Maybe it's because this week marks a new year on the Jewish calendar and that makes me overly reflective. (and unfunny)
In any case, this has happened to me before. Luckily, I have already have a handy dandy list of ways to cheer myself up when I am in this situation.
- Go see what shenanigans Lisa and Laura are up to.
- Read my latest story with a British accent (Always sounds bloody brilliant that way).
- Tell my husband, "Honey, I'm late," and watch the sheer panic that comes over him. (This might seem mean, but if you saw the look on his face, you'd laugh too)

omg, this video is so cute and happy, it makes me cry!!!!!
You have the best ways of overcoming whatever it is that plagues you. I will steal your ideas the next time I feel down and dry and have nothing interesting to do or say.
4little southern beauties! That mommy must just love watching that. Thanks.
Too cute! That mommy looks exhausted, but sooo happy!
Thanks for sharing, and I know you'll think of something to blog about next week!
Hmm, so does that video have any relation to #3 on your list? :)
#3 is sooooo funny. It is cruel, but I think I'll try it with my husband. That would probably keep me laughing for a long time!
I tried #3 with my husband, but it didn't have much of an impact. Can't imagine why????
Thanks for the shout out, Corey!
That video makes me laugh every time.
OMGosh cuteness!!!! Thanks for the pick me up!
All great ideas, except my husband would be happy about #3. Go figure...
