Me and My Big Mouth

Okay, I let the last cat out of the bag a bit too soon. I knew I couldn't be trusted! If you have secrets, do NOT tell them to me. Everything is fine, but I had to temporarily pull the previous post. My agent issued a gag-order!

In other news... Lisa and Laura are giving away a Kindle! Yup. Leave it to those two to come up with the best contest prize ever to celebrate the sale of their first novel, The Haunting of Pemberly Brown.

Um, how am I going to compete with that?

I love the title of your blog. I have a tendency to refer to my children in a similar manner.

Love LiLa, and their contest. So cool!

And congratulations on your news...even if I don't know what it is. :)

Now I wish I'd read the post you deleted! I'm too nosy. :D And that's awesome about the Kindle giveaway.

Well, at least I already read the deleted post. :) That's interesting that your agent made you pull it.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm sitting on a big secret too. One of these days (hopefully) we can shout it!

LOL!! I did something like that several times already with my publisher. I think she'd like to gag me too! :)

Well, I cannot compete with 149 followers of their blog who are all vying for that Kindle!

My dad has been visiting all week and I LOVE LOVE LOVE his Kindle. I think I would read even more if I had one. I already read several samples of books I've been meaning to get my hands on (but he keeps telling me, "Don't press BUY!")

I might go into serious debt if I had one.

I know the secret. Too late! I should tell it to the world. But I won't because I've been sworn to ninja secrecy.

Thanks for the shout out my friend. And I was just about to put up a big congratulations to you on the blog, so I'm glad I saw this first! Then you really would have been in trouble!

Whoah! You are really being put through the ringer having to hold in all these secrets. I hope you don't explode. Well, it will be exciting to hear the news again...soon, I hope.

That explains why I heard it on Shelly's blog then came right over and couldn't find your big announcement post. Now it makes sense.

congrats on the news - even if it is unoffical news :D

Yes, the news will be back up soon. Unfortunately, the lovely congratulation comments I got are gone forever! :(

Congratulations! (does that make you feel better?)

I saw that. I'm still unsure about the Kindle thing. Do I want to venture into the Kindle world? I'm waiting for my iPhone next summer to see if the reader on it is as good as Nathan Bransford says it is.

Don't worry I'm terrible about keeping secrets! Unless they are mine!

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for your kind comment on my blog :) And now I'm SO curious about your deleted post! Congratulations, because if your agent told you to take it down it must be exciting!
