Knuckleheads in Disney- Part II

I'm exhausted. When I get home, I am going to need a vacation! Am I the only person on Earth who doesn't love Disney? I am not a fan of crowds and lines. I feel like the Grinch saying this, but I would so much rather be scuba diving in Turks and Caicos.

Knuckleheads 1 and 2 are having a ball... when they aren't hot or cold or tired or hungry or thirsty or bored or fighting with each other. "It's Tough to be a Bug" scared the living daylights out of them. (Don't miss this 3D movie at Animal Kingdom if your kids are older) and the littlest Knucklehead had a great nap at Magic Kingdom from 7:30-9:30 PM. (I wanted to shoot myself.) It didn't occur to us that if we stayed for the fireworks, there would be like 50 million people headed for the monorail at the exact same time.

Thank goodness we are taking today off from the parks and spending it at the pool. I need to relax. Tomorrow is Epcot. And my final day as a Knucklehead.

Ah, you gotta love Disney World! (I'm a huge Disney fan, though, and actually used to work there, so I'm a bit biased, haha). At Epcot, make SURE you check out Soarin', it's spectacular--but get a fastpass early, 'cause they run out.

If you want a nice steak dinner, check out Canada's restaurant. Also good are China, Japan, and Mexico! (Epcot is my favorite park, I could go on for days about it)

I hope the lines die down for ya, and have a blast on your last day as a knucklehead!

Never been there. And I'm not a huge fan of crowds either. I usually make it a point to go at times when the crowds or smaller.

But I'd love to go to Disney some day, if for nothing else than to get a picture with Goofy.

Tyler, thanks for the tips, especially on Soarin'. We fast-passed it as soon as we got there, and didn't get a time till 5:00PM!

You are not the only person who doesn't love Disney. I don't love Disney. The lines, the crowds and the watching all your money disappear is exhuasting.

Good move to hang at the pool. Because here's the thing - think about how exhausted you are after one day at Six Flags. One theme park is enough to knock you out of whack for days. And you've been going from theme park to theme park every day. You have serious reason to be exhausted.

Definitely hit Turks and Cacos next.
